Connecting and maintaining economic growth, Comm-Struction Inc. (CSI) has been providing and supporting communities for 2 generations in the civil construction and tele-communication industry. With over 40 years of working experience, our team is committed to providing quality and knowledgeable workmanship all across Ontario in both the public and private sector.
Providing expertise in directional drilling, cable plowing, hydro excavation, even underground utilities, in multiple communities, no project is too small or too big. CSI operates all four seasons, and available 24/7 when needed. CIVIL
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
HYDRO-EXCAVATION
Digging method using high-pressure water to liquefy soil which is then removed by a high power vacuum system. This form of excavation is much more precise and efficient that causes minimal damage to underground utilities.This form of excavation is a preferred for safety digs, daylighting, storm & sanitation system flush outs. This procedure is also used to support machine digs and directional drilling.
DIRECTION DRILLING
A trench-less method for installing underground cables where traditional digging is impractical or disruptive. Commonly used in telecommunication, hydro, gas, water & irrigation installs.
EXCAVATION
Removing or digging materials from sites to create or access foundations, tunnels, and trenches.. Often used for installation or services for manholes, catch basins, duct banks, hydro transformers, foundations/benching.
SITE SERVICES
Plan, design, and install infrastructure that is required for a development site such as roads ways for site access, utilities, and drainage systems. We offer new and repair services, mapping/locates, and soil remediation.
STORM DRAIN
New builds, maintenance, services, and repairs to storm drains and sanitation systems (scheduled or on emergency needs) on private and public property. Proper system cleaning and flush outs. Mapping and CCTV servicing of the drain system.
WATERMAIN
New builds, services, and repairs (scheduled or on emergency needs) on private and public property. Locating/mapping of the watermain system.
CABLE PLOWING
LIGHTING/HYDRO POLE
Installation, repairs, and replacement of hydro or light poles on private and public ground.
DUCT BANK
Installation or repairs to underground conduits for utility lines such as electrical, telecommunications, and data cables.
BOLLARDS
Installation or replacement of safety posts such as permanent buried posts, retractable posts, and screw down removable posts.
